Submission
Presenters must submit two files in relation to the topics presented:

Tik Tok Link or You Tube

Evaluation Criteria
All submissions will be evaluated based on originality, relevance to the theme, creativity, and clarity in presentation.
Guideline for Poster Submission
🔍 Abstract and Keywords

Include a brief abstract (approximately 100–150 words) summarizing the objectives, methods, findings, and significance of your research.

Add 3–5 relevant keywords that reflect the core themes of your study.
📐 Format and Size

Follow the official dimensions as specified by InViCCAID. Common sizes:

A3 Size (Portrait/ Landscape)

Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI to ensure print clarity.

File format: Usually PDF or high-res JPEG unless stated otherwise.
🖋️ Title and Author Information

Your poster title should be clear, concise, and informative.

List all contributing authors, including:

Email (for the corresponding author if required)

Organize your poster into logical, easy-to-follow sections, such as:

To ensure consistency, quality, and eligibility, please follow the video submission guidelines below:

Introduction Clip Requirement

All submissions must include the official introduction video provided by the organizer at the beginning of your TikTok content.

Do not alter the intro video (e.g., cropping, muting, or overlaying graphics).

Highlight your innovation, creative process, or project outcome.

Keep the content engaging, educational, and informative.

Feel free to include voiceovers, background music, or animations—as long as they support your message.

Avoid excessive effects that distract from the content.
Music and Audio

Use copyright-free music or sounds available in TikTok’s or YouTube audio library.

Ensure all spoken audio is clear and audible.

Use subtitles or captions if the audio includes critical information.
